13 Apr ATTENTION – HCG has been banned by the FDA
We wanted to pass along this unfortunate information we received last evening. HCG is no longer compounded by pharmacies since March 23rd, 2020, due to FDA restrictions on compounding it.
If HCG is part of your regimen, don’t worry, you can replace it with Clomiphene therapy. Clomiphene targets the same job but through different mechanisms. Although pharmacies should have enough HCG stock roughly until the end of the year, and as they run out, the price for it is being increased by every pharmacy account we’ve checked with. It’s the typical high demand and short supply situations.
There will be a brand name (Novarel) HCG available; however, it’s likely to be 5-7 times higher in market price in comparison to the compound version. That is why we’ve never offered brand name HCG before because we find it to be way too expensive and unfair to the consumer market. As mentioned above, you are better off using Clomiphene therapy.
If you love HCG, then you might want to stock up on it, though we can only dispense a limited amount per person because of FDA & E-Force regulations. Once it runs out, the pharmacies will not be making more, because the pharmacy must destroy any inventory left after the January the 23rd, 2020, compliments of the FDA.
We hope you are doing well through this pandemic, and if you have any questions, let us know. Take care and be safe.

The FDA has provided a preliminary list of products that were orginally approved as drug products, but that will be considered biologic products as of March 23, 2020. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, or hCG is one of these drugs that will now be deemed a biological product. This means, starting on March 23, 2020, pharmacies will no longer be able to compound with hCG. We will be retiring all PCCA formulas that include it at this time.
